Return & Refund
1. Items must request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
2. Items must be received in original condition and packaging- unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached.
3. Any items returned to us without hairsau approval will not be accepted and additional charges will incur for return of item back to you.
4. Non returnable items: all items under hair care and accessories.
5. Applicable to online purchase's only.
6. Hairsau does not cover return shipping.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
Please note that shipping fee will not be refunded.
If an item is returned in unacceptable condition, we will send it back to you and no refund will be issued.
